DREW SLAGER

I'm a Chicago-based theatre artist, performer, stage manager, game designer, and arts administrator! After participating in an elementary school production of Twelfth Night, I fell in love with theatre and have been chasing the magic of storytelling and collaboration ever since.

Originally from New England, I left the East Coast to attend Northwestern University, where I majored in both Theatre and Cognitive Science and completed the Acting for the Screen Module. During my time at NU, I also served as the Executive Director of WAVE Productions, a student theatre company dedicating to producing passion projects and championing emerging voices, and pursued additional training with the Yale School of Drama and Prague Shakespeare Company.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I am passionate about creating immersive, thought-provoking experiences that invite audiences to engage with their surroundings and see the world in new ways, reflecting my fascination with both storytelling and the inner workings of the human mind. Whether performing, stage managing, designing games, or bringing a project to life behind the scenes, I approach every collaboration with curiosity, creativity, and a deep interest in what it means to be human.
